Winter ONE-derland Igloo

Igloo cake:  Brown Butter & Vanilla Bean cake with vanilla buttercream, piped buttercream ice blocks covering the igloo.  Sits on top of a white chocolate blue iceberg, with fondant penguins and snowman.  Flags are ordered from Etsy and provided by the client.

Smash Cakes: Vanilla Bean cake with buttercream (color-matched to client's decorations ordered from Etsy) with fondant lettering and white chocolate snowflakes.

A really fun cake I made for a winter get-together at our place.  Gluten free yellow cake, frosted with buttercream, with fondant decorations sitting on a white chocolate "iceberg" base.
